The Oyster Recovery Partnership (ORP) has announced that tickets are on sale for its annual fundraiser, the Mermaid’s Kiss Oyster Fest.
The event will be held on Thursday, October 2 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. Admission is $90 for an individual ticket and $150 per pair. Tickets can be purchased at www.mermaidskiss.org.
Mermaid’s Kiss showcases regional cuisine, including Chesapeake Bay oysters and specialty dishes prepared by popular local restaurants. The event also features after-hours access to the Aquarium, live music, drinks and waterfront views.
Proceeds support the Oyster Recovery Partnership in restoring oyster reefs in the Chesapeake Bay.
